As one of the managing partners, Alican is responsible for product vision, go-to-market strategy and supply chain management. Alican has passion for delivering innovative solutions that meet customers’ needs and, with his precise insight of China market, he uses his market development expertise to bring a relentless customer focus to the companies’ products.
Alican has a B.A. in Business Administration from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He is fluent in Turkish, Chinese and English.
Fatih Karadağ

Fatih Karadağ has been living and working in Shanghai since 2005. His 12+ years of professional experience in China has covered various industries with latter 6+ years primarily focusing on FMCG industry. As the Managing Partner of Frontier Consulting, he is responsible for Market Research, Entry & Development, Brand Management and Business Services to provide solutions for companies seeking to engage or refine their operations in China and Asia-Pacific market.
Fatih holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Technology from East China Normal University.
Patrick Chang

Salih Önder is a member of Frontier Consulting Management. He is a partner in companies in the field of International Law & Consulting and Precious Metals. He is involved in Project development & Project management (Including EPC-F, BOT, PPP and M&A) activities. He carries out Negotiation and Communication Management activities with the government and Local Authorities. He is also active in the trade of Metal and Mining products and has experience.
Salih holds a Master’s degree in Big Data Analytics from MEF University.
Hakan Karadağ

Hakan Karadağ is an experienced consultant based in Phuket, Thailand. He has many years of experince in FMCG, Automotive, Oil & Gas industries. His main role in Frontier Consulting is to engage in trade activities in Thailand and support Shanghai headquarters on inquiries from our clients regarding the Thai market.

Kent Tanny

Kent Tanny is a member of Frontier Consulting Team and an executive manager in an industrial good production plant in Jakarta, Indonesia. He has valuable experience in Sourcing and Supply Chain Management for procurement operations from the Indonesian market.
Kent holds a B.Sc. in Communication Engineering from East China Normal University. He is fluent in Indonesian, English and Chinese.
Helen Guan

Helen Guan is a lawyer with extensive coverage and experience on International Business, Company Legal Affairs, Maritime and Dispute Resolutions. She has acquired Lawyer’s License People’s Republic of China and Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. She is supporting our team based on Legal Consulting inquiries.
Helen holds an LL.B. in Master of Law from Xiamen University. She is fluent in Chinese and English.
